Another MOOC!  This one is called Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python) and comes from the University of Michigan (Go Wolverines!).  It seems to be a very popular course, there are almost 46,000 people signed up to it!  It lasts for 6 weeks and should take 4 hours a week ( Read more... )

Searchian 4 of the Irish 101 course on FutureLearn. It only has 4 sections: pastimes, music, sport and a review of the course. It also has the least tasks, just 25 this time.

Searchian 3 of the Irish 101 course on FutureLearn. It only has 4 sections: the family, amenities, directions and the summary! It also has less tasks than the two previous weeks, 26 compared to 30.

Week 2 of the Irish 101 course on FutureLearn. Week 2 is divided up into 6 sections: introduction, a catch-up for late-comers, where are you from?, the house, Ireland, and the week summary. There was no real content in the introduction or catch-up so let's start off with the section on where you're from.

I have wanted to do the Irish 101 course on FutureLearn for some time now. I keep putting it on my wishlist and every time it comes around, the timing has never been right.
